Aka function currying. I had a good use case for curried functions in a recent school related project. I wrote up a little explaining how I used partials to yield a cleaner program definition.

Howto Skip Verizon Droid Service Activation
I didn’t feel like activating the 30 day Verizon trial-period service (Ill play w/ it later) . I impatiently preferred just to get the thing running on a WIFI network. So to skip the service activation procedure, at the welcome screen just tap the corners in the clockwise direction. I have no idea why this is hidden but there you go.

Export your netflix queue to csv
It’s the season of thrift for me and I’ve been cutting services that I haven’t been using too much. So sayonara netflix (at least for now). Netflix purports to retain your queue but the paranoid in me decided to export it first just in case.
